Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices to support organizational growth and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, attendance management, and HR records maintenance.
• Monitor employee performance appraisal systems and support KPI implementation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate with auditors and government authorities when required.
• Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace relations professionally.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and support management in strategic HR decision-making.
• Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
