 Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to manage,

monitor, and streamline internal business processes across departments. The role focuses on

coordination, tracking workflows, ensuring process compliance, and supporting smooth

execution of daily operations.

This position is ideal for candidates who are strong in coordination, documentation, followups,

and process control within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Process Coordination: Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes

across departments.

 Workflow Tracking: Ensure tasks, approvals, and workflows are completed within

defined timelines.

 Inter-Department Coordination: Act as a bridge between sales, operations,

accounts, logistics, and management.

 Documentation & MIS: Prepare process documentation, SOPs, reports, and MIS

using MS Excel.

 Follow-ups & Compliance:

1 .Track pending actions, ensure adherence to company processes, and escalate delays

when required.

2. Take Follow up on the Tasks assigned to multiple people in multiple departments

according to their ETAs

 Data Management: Maintain accurate records, trackers, and dashboards for on-going

processes.

 Process Improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies and suggest improvements for

smoother operations.

 Management Support: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on

process status and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

 Education: Graduate in any discipline (Operations / Management background

preferred).

 Experience: 2–5 years of experience in process coordination, operations, MIS, or

administrative roles.

Key Skills Required:

 Strong coordination and follow-up skills

 Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word & basic reporting

 Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

 Problem-solving mindset and process-driven approach
