**Job Title:** HR Manager – Real Estate

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the **real estate sector** to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle and manage employee attendance and workforce records. The ideal candidate will help build a high-performing team while ensuring operational efficiency in attendance tracking, HR compliance, and talent management specific to real estate operations.
**Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate functions (sales, marketing, operations, site management, administration)
- Create job descriptions tailored to the real estate domain and post openings on relevant platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Ensure timely onboarding and induction for new hires in line with company policies
- Develop and maintain a **talent pipeline** for critical real estate roles
**2. Attendance & Workforce Management**
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules for site and office staff
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking for payroll purposes
- Implement and maintain attendance management systems, including biometric/HRMS tools
- Resolve attendance-related issues and discrepancies proactively
- Prepare attendance reports for management review
**3. HR Operations & Compliance**
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions, particularly in field/site teams
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring inputs from attendance records are accurate
- Support policy creation, updates, and enforcement relevant to real estate workforce
**4. Reporting & Analytics**
- Generate recruitment and attendance reports, including KPIs like time-to-hire, attrition, absenteeism trends
- Analyze workforce metrics to improve productivity and retention
- Provide strategic insights to management for workforce planning
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–7 years HR experience, **preferably in real estate**
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and attendance management systems
- Familiarity with real estate roles, organizational structures, and hiring challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
**Preferred Skills**
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/biometric systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and real estate compliance requirements
- Experience handling both office and field workforce
