About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Accessories Manager to lead Genuine Accessories, Lifestyle Products, and Merchandise sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving accessory revenue, managing inventory, ensuring premium customer experience, and achieving dealership profitability targets in line with company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation

• Drive sales of Genuine Accessories, Lifestyle Products, and Merchandise.
• Achieve monthly and annual accessories sales targets.
• Promote accessory packages during vehicle delivery and service visits.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants and Service Advisors to maximize accessory penetration.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional premium customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accessories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory.
• Coordinate ordering, receiving, and stocking of accessories.
• Ensure proper storage and display of products.
• Manage slow-moving and non-moving inventory effectively.

Display & Merchandising

• Maintain premium showroom display standards.
• Ensure accessories and lifestyle products are showcased professionally.
• Conduct periodic audits of display areas.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales performance and profitability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the dealership management system.
• Coordinate with regional teams for promotions and campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive accessories, retail sales, luxury retail, or dealership operations.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership software systems.

Preferred Experience

• Automotive dealership experience.
• Premium/Luxury retail exposure.
• Experience in accessories, spare parts, or retail merchandise sales.
