Account Executive

**Position:** Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, GST compliance, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and process vendor payments, customer invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
• Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per GST regulations.
• Assist in GST return preparation, TDS compliance, and statutory filings.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
• Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or CA Firm will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
