Role An Accountant/commercial manager
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting recordsHandle accounts payable and receivable efficientlyEnsure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flowMonthly payroll processing and salary recordsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsCoordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departmentsMaintain proper documentation and financial records for auditsManage cash flow, banking transactions, and fund planning.Ensure accurate billing of storage charges, handling charges, and customer invoices.Monitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures.Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar)High attention to detail and accuracyGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasksExperience in handling audits and managing finance teams.Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
