**Job Title:** Tally Executive / Accounts Executive

**Department:** Accounts

**Reporting To:** Accounts Manager / Finance Head

**Salary**: 15000-20000

**Qualification: Commerce / Accounting** (B.Com preferred)

**Experience: 1–3 years** of relevant experience preferred
(Freshers with good Tally knowledge may also apply)

**Job Description:** We are looking for a detail-oriented **Tally Executive** to manage daily accounting activities using **Tally ERP / Tally Prime**. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounts team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in **Tally**
• Handle **GST entries**, returns, and reconciliation
• Prepare **sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers**
• Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
• Manage **ledger accounts** and balance confirmations
• Assist in **monthly and yearly closing**
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required data
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Handle basic compliance-related work as required

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

• Good working knowledge of **Tally ERP / Tally Prime**
• Basic knowledge of **GST, TDS**, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in **MS Excel**
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
