We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible **Accountant** to manage the company's financial records, accounting transactions, taxation, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience in maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities :Accounting & Finance

· Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

· Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, invoices, and payment records.

· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

· Assist in preparing financial statements and audit documentation.

· Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting.

· Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with customers for collections.

· Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.

· Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

· Prepare invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes and payment follow-ups

· Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, and documentation

· Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Coordinate with auditors and consultants and banking activity as required

· Ensure compliance with statutory and company accounting policies.

**Required Skills & Competencies :**

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

· 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the steel, manufacturing, trading, or industrial sector.

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

· Good understanding of financial reporting and bookkeeping principles.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Industry Experience :**

• Manufacturing / Engineering / Pollution Control Equipment industry
