**Position:** Area Sales Manager (ASM)
**Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh
**Department:** Sales & Marketing
**Reporting To:** Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the Raipur region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealers/distributors, developing new business opportunities, and leading field sales activities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Appoint, manage, and develop dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and territory performance reports.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of sales plans.
Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Train and guide sales executives to improve productivity and sales performance.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Building Materials, ACP, Construction Products, FMCG, or related industries.
Experience in dealer/distributor management is preferred.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹16,093.93 - ₹58,535.97 per month
