Job Description:

Responsibilities plant availability & instrumentation and DCS

Responsibilities PM & shutdown maintenance work

Measuring of health PLC & DCS & continue monitoring and calibration

Identifying maintenance issues reporting in relation to plant equipment & accessories & recommending for process or system

contributing to plane work & allocation of task to assist with appropriate decision making

responsibility of availability of spare parts & mapp equipment requirement

controlling inventory & cost effectiveness Co ordination with higher department & other departments inter departmental administration

providing a helping to division head to maintain IMS Kaizen AM

ensuring safety of employees & labour

Responsible for inspiring developing leadership qualities of the direct repartees

Responsible for training ensuring & development of the subordinate through training need identification
