Back Office Executive

**About Us:** We are a fast-growing Bearings (**EASTERN BEARINGS PRIVATE LIMITED**)firm looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily operations and ensure our administrative processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
**Role Overview:**We are seeking an efficient Back Office Executive to handle administrative and operational duties. You will be the backbone of our business, managing files, processing data, and collaborating with our front-office and management teams to keep everything running optimally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Data Management:** Input, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and spreadsheets (MIS).
• **Administrative Support:** Perform daily office tasks including printing, managing correspondence (emails), and ordering supplies.
• **Documentation:** Prepare, file, and organize physical and digital documents while ensuring confidentiality.
• **Reporting:** Generate periodic reports and assist in basic market or operational analysis.
• **Team Coordination:** Act as a liaison between departments, assisting sales and HR teams with backend paperwork and onboarding.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree
• **Preference :** Male/Female
• **Experience:** 1–3 years of proven experience in back-office operations or data entry.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word). Knowledge of software if applicable,
• **Soft Skills:** Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal collaboration.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
