Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Bhilai

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer bills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and process invoices, bills, and debit/credit notes.

Maintain billing records and documentation.

Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, and customers regarding billing-related queries.

Prepare billing reports and maintain MIS records.

Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow-up on pending payments.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce or any relevant field.

Basic knowledge of GST and billing procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Good communication and organizational skills.

experience in billing/accounts will be preferred.

Shift Details (Rotational):

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Compensation:

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
