**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Business Development Trainee** who is passionate about sales, client communication, and building strong business relationships. This role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart their career in business development and learn the fundamentals of client acquisition and revenue generation.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services.
• Assist in closing deals and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up activities.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Freshers can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in client interaction and negotiation.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good problem-solving and convincing skills.
