“Good For Construction” is a practical construction training program designed for Civil Engineers, Builders & Developers, Contractors, Site Supervisors, and Home Owners. The program focuses on real construction site execution, practical learning, quality control, layout, RCC work, masonry work, and field implementation techniques used in actual projects.

We are looking for a passionate and practical construction professional who can train learners with real site knowledge and execution-based learning.
Position
Corporate Trainer
(Construction Execution & Site Practical Expert)
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver practical training sessions for construction-related modules
• Conduct classroom + site practical demonstrations
• Teach real construction execution methods with practical examples
• Explain site activities in simple and understandable language
• Train students on Township & Centerline Layout, Excavation & Earthwork, PCC & RCC Work, Formwork & Reinforcement, Brickwork / AAC Block Work, Concrete Quality Control, Masonry & Finishing Work, Site Checklist & Inspection
• Read and explain architectural & structural drawings
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and practical workshops
• Ensure students understand real site execution standards
• Support content recording for online learning modules (if required)
• Maintain discip
