Job Profile

As a Client Retention Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely policy renewals, improving customer retention, and delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer portfolio.
Contact customers before policy expiry.
Explain renewal options and policy benefits.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations.
Follow up for premium collection.
Maintain customer relationships.
Update CRM records accurately.
Resolve customer queries.
Achieve renewal and retention targets.
