Key Responsibilities - Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. - Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly. - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. - Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business. - Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new collections. - Ensure attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness. - Handle billing support, customer queries, and after-sales service. - Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer records. - Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
