Role Description The Co-Owner role at IIT Bhilai is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhilai. The Co-Owner is expected to provide strategic direction, contribute to long-term institutional planning, and support the development of new programs, partnerships, and initiatives. Daily responsibilities may include collaborating with academic and administrative leadership, evaluating opportunities for growth, overseeing aspects of product or program development, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the institute’s reputation. The role also involves supporting resource allocation decisions, reviewing performance metrics, and helping ensure alignment with the institute’s mission, values, and regulatory framework.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including
