CRM Executive

**Position:** CRM Executive
**Location:** Mowa, Raipur (C.G.)
**Experience:** 2–3 Years
**Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **CRM Executive** to manage customer relationships, maintain customer records, handle inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience with CRM software, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads, existing customers, and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests.
• Assist in customer retention and relationship-building activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with CRM software.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Certification or experience in CRM or Customer Service will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, or Client Coordination.

Salary

• ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
