**Job Summary**

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain MyFintax's services, generate qualified leads, schedule consultations, and maintain positive customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain MyFintax services such as GST registration, ITR filing, company registration, trademark registration, accounting, and compliance.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments/consultations with the concerned team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily call, follow-up, and lead generation targets.
Address basic customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

**Eligibility**

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.

**Required Skills**

Excellent verbal communication in English.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Quick learner with strong follow-up skills.

**Salary & Benefits**

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
