**Location** - Raipur

**Job Summary :**

The Depot Manager will be responsible for manage end-to-end depot operations, including inventory, dispatch, team management, MIS reporting, and customer coordination while ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily warehouse and depot operations.
• Lead warehouse staff, supervisours, DEOs, and support teams.
• Ensure receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and customer service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock verification.
• Follow SOPs, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage manpower, productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Handle audits, customer escalations, and process improvemant.
• Train and develop team members.

**What we are looking for?**

• 4-8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, 3LP, FMCG, Paint, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of wearhouse operations and inventory control.
• Good leadership and team managment skills.
• Proficiency in Advance Excel, ERP/WMS, and MIS reporting.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Self-driven and disciplined with a focus on targets and SOPs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
