The company currently has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. Key Responsibilities

Attend walk-in customers and understand their design and furnishing requirementsProvide product recommendations based on customer preferences, space planning, and interior aestheticsAssist customers in selecting rugs, home dcor, furniture, and related productsPrepare design presentations, mood boards, and product suggestions when requiredAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and interior designersConduct follow-ups with prospective customers and convert inquiries into salesMaintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented attractivelyCoordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer suppor
