**Job Summary**

Rathi Build Mart is looking for a creative and result-oriented **Digital Marketing Executive** to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and increase brand awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing social media, running digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance. Candidates with experience in the building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, or interior industry will be preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, blogs, and promotional creatives.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams for marketing campaigns.
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads).
• Generate quality leads through digital channels.
• Improve website visibility using SEO and manage basic website updates.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Create monthly marketing calendars and campaign reports.
• Maintain the company's online reputation and respond to customer queries on digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• **1–3 years** of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads
• SEO & SEM
• Google Analytics
• Canva, Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge preferred)
• Social Media Management
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the building materials/interior/sanitaryware industry will be an added advantage.

**Salary**

**₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month** *(Based on experience and interview performance.)*

**Preferred Candidate**

• Experience in the same industry (Tiles, Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware, Interior Products, Building Materials) will be given preference.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Passionate about digital trends and brand growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
