Pre-treatment assessment of oncology day care patients.Review investigations and confirm fitness for chemotherapy/immunotherapy.Verify chemotherapy orders as per approved protocols.Manage acute oncological emergencies and infusion reactions.Monitor patients during chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and transfusions.Prescribe supportive medications and symptomatic treatment.Perform basic procedures (IV cannulation, PICC/CVC assessment as applicable).Recognize and manage chemotherapy-related toxicities.Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, pharmacy, laboratory, and blood bank.Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.Counsel patients regarding treatment, side effects, and follow-up.Ensure infection prevention and chemotherapy safety practices.Facilitate admission or referral of unstable patients.Participate in quality improvement, audits, and protocol compliance.Perform any other duties assigned by the Consultant/Hospital Administration.Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
