Job OverviewWe are looking for a passionate, confident, and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. This role involves more than just calling prospective students. The selected candidate will be responsible for student counseling, academic guidance, admission support, and study abroad consultation. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents.Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities based on their academic profile and career goals.Handle admission inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.Provide academic guidance and help students choose the right program.Counsel students for Study Abroad opportunities, including countries, universities, eligibility, application process, and visa guidance.Follow up regularly with interested students and parents until the admission process is completed.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions in the CRM or reporting system.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing and documentation.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and ad
