**EV Technician – Krishna VinFast Raipur (CG)** Vacancy: 4 Positions

The EV Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing electric vehicles while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires technical expertise in electric vehicle systems, adherence to manufacturer guidelines, and efficient completion of assigned service tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles

Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools

Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled service activities

Inspect battery systems, charging systems, and high-voltage components

Follow manufacturer service procedures and technical guidelines

Ensure safe handling of high-voltage electrical systems

Complete assigned repair jobs within the specified time

Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation

Coordinate with service advisors and workshop staff regarding repair requirements

Use workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices effectively

Ensure quality standards are maintained in all repair activities

Participate in technical training programs to enhance EV knowledge and skills

Maintain cleanliness and safety within the workshop environment

Requirements

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Experience in automobile service and repair is preferred

Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and diagnostics will be an added advantage

Ability to use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools

Good technical and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-voltage systems

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Candidates with experience in electric vehicle service operations will be preferred.
