Job Summary

Maa Kudargarhi Group is looking for a talented and passionate ERP Software Developer to join our in-house technology team. Fresh graduates from NITs are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will work on designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining ERP solutions to support manufacturing, mining, rice processing, and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules and business applications.Build scalable web applications and APIs for internal business processes.Develop and customize modules for HR, Payroll, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Finance, Production, and CRM.Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and databases.Troubleshoot software issues and optimize application performance.Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.Maintain database integrity, backups, and application security.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.Required Skills
