Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Executive Assistant to join the Director's office and provide comprehensive support to the Director of our company. This is a high-trust, high-growth role at the heart of a quick-moving, multi-business group. You will keep the Director's time, communication, and priorities running smoothly, help drive initiatives to closure across the group, and — with active mentoring — grow over time into a senior Executive Assistant and trusted right-hand. We are hiring for attitude and aptitude as much as for experience: if you are organised, articulate, discreet, and genuinely eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Maintain the Director's schedule by scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align with the Director's availability and business priorities. Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodation, ground transport, and logistics;
