**About the Role**

Alankar Industries is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, business coordination, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes (MOM).
• Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Accounts, HR, Procurement, and Sales.
• Track ongoing projects and provide regular updates.
• Draft official emails, letters, and business documents.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and business partners.
• Assist with office administration, travel bookings, and event arrangements.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field, MBA is an added advantage.
• 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting senior management or Directors is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environments is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Confident, professional, and presentable personality.

**Additional Details**

• **Working days:** Monday to Saturday
• **Working hours:** 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• **Work Mode:** On-site
