Executive Chef

• **Job Description:**

We are hiring a talented and experienced **Executive Chef in Raipur**.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for maintaining food quality, managing the kitchen team, controlling costs, and creating a menu that delights guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in multi-cuisine kitchens.

**Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and manage all kitchen operations and staff.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Plan menus, introduce new dishes, and oversee recipe standardization.
• Maintain food cost control, reduce wastage, and follow FIFO methods.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for supplies and vendor management.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen sections.
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain company standards.
• Plan and execute special events, buffets, and VIP menus.
• Handle staffing, duty rosters, and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with management to meet business and profitability goals.

**Requirements:**

• 3-5 years of kitchen experience with at least 2 years as a Head/Executive Chef.
• Strong culinary skills and understanding of Indian and Continental cuisines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel or Culinary Management preferred.
• Must be disciplined, organized, and quality-focused.
