Job description

We are looking for an experienced Fiber Splicer to join our FTTH network team. Responsibilities: Perform fiber optic splicing and testing. Install and maintain OFC networks, FATs, FDBs and joint closures. Troubleshoot fiber faults and restore services. Ensure low splice loss and maintain quality standards. Coordinate with field engineers during network deployment and maintenance. Requirements: Experience in FTTH/OFC splicing. Knowledge of OTDR, Power Meter and Fusion Splicer. Ability to read fiber route/network diagrams. Willing to travel for field work. Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
