Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Floor Manager** to oversee and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a hospital environment and possess strong knowledge of OPD operations, TPA coordination, billing processes, purchase management, and administrative functions. The role requires excellent leadership, coordination, and patient-service skills to ensure smooth operational efficiency across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Billing Coordination

• Monitor daily billing activities and coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payments, receipts, and account-related matters.
• Ensure accurate billing records and timely resolution of billing discrepancies.

TPA & Insurance Coordination

• Manage cashless mediclaim and health insurance claim processes.
• Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, patients, and internal departments for claim approvals and settlements.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely claim processing.

Purchase & Inventory Management

• Oversee procurement of medicines, consumables, medical equipment, stationery, and other hospital supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors, obtain quotations, process purchase orders, and track deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of essential items.

OPD Operations Management

• Supervise OPD registration, appointment scheduling, patient flow, billing, and front-desk operations.
• Ensure efficient coordination between doctors, patients, and support staff.
• Handle patient concerns and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hospital operations and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving organizational goals.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management preferred).
• **3–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting is mandatory.**
• Hands-on experience in hospital operations, OPD management, TPA handling, billing, and purchase coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (HMS).
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• **Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
