**Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist**

**Location:** Kachna , Raipur, Chhattisgarh

**Job Description**

• Greet visitors and clients courteously and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating office documentation and records.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth office operations.
• Provide administrative support as required.

**Qualifications**

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Certification in Office Administration will be an added advantage).
• Proven experience as a **Front Desk Executive / Receptionist** or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in **MS Office (Word & Excel)**.
