Job Description:

A leading Finance Company is hiring Front Line Sales (FLS) professionals across Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand.

Candidates will be responsible for driving business through customer acquisition, Fixed Deposit sales, financial product sales, and business development activities in the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria:

**Minimum Graduate/Postgraduate with 1 year to 8 years of sales experience in insurance**
Age Below 40 Years
Strong Communication & Sales Skills
Comfortable with Extensive Field Sales Activities

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation
Fixed Deposit (FD) Sales
Cross-Selling Financial Products
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
Generate Business Through Field Activities
Conduct Market Mapping and Territory Development
Achieve Monthly Sales Targets
Drive Business Growth in Assigned Locations

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in Financial Services / NBFC / Insurance / Banking Sales
