**Job Title**: Production Head – Fan Department

**Location**: Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh

**Experience Required**: 4 - 10 Years

**Job Summary**:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head to lead the Fan

Manufacturing Department. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end

production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining

cost control and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

 Lead and manage the entire production process for fan manufacturing (ceiling, table,

wall, exhaust fans, etc.)

 Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet targets

 Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

 Monitor production quality and implement quality control systems

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)

 Coordinate with procurement, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth operations

 Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance

 Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for management

 Reduce wastage, improve efficiency, and control production costs

 Handle workforce management including training, discipline, and performance

monitoring

 Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime

**Key Requirements**:

 Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering

 Minimum 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in fan or home

appliances industry

 Strong leadership and team management skills

 In-depth knowledge of production planning and process optimization

 Familiarity with quality standards and industrial safety norms

 Good communication and problem-solving skills

 Experience in handling large-scale production units is preferred

**Preferred Skills**:

 Knowledge of ERP systems

 Experience in assembly line setup and automation

 Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
