JOB DESCRIPTION – FLOOR MANAGER

**Position:** Floor Manager
**Location:** Telibandha, Raipur

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily hospital floor operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations within the hospital.
• Ensure smooth patient flow from registration, consultation, treatment, and discharge.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, reception, and other departments.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns or complaints promptly.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professional conduct on the hospital floor.
• Ensure timely availability of patient records, reports, and required documentation.
• Assist in staff scheduling and daily workforce allocation.
• Monitor waiting times and implement measures to enhance patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; Hospital Management background preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare management, or floor supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to handle patient queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or healthcare facilities.
• Patient-centric approach with a professional attitude.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining service quality.
