**Job Title:** Female Hostel Warden

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and caring Female Hostel Warden to manage the girls' hostel and ensure the safety, well-being, and overall development of students residing on campus. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and student management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel.
• Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of all hostel residents.
• Maintain attendance records, entry/exit registers, and student information.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, mess staff, and maintenance teams.
• Handle emergencies, medical situations, and student grievances promptly.
• Provide guidance, counselling, and emotional support to students.
• Communicate regularly with parents and school administration regarding student welfare.
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules, school policies, and safeguarding guidelines.
• Organize recreational and developmental activities for hostel students.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Coordinator, or in student administration.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
