Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the complete Human Resources function at our Ethanol Distillery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, statutory compliances, factory recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and workforce management while ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and factory regulations.

**Job Responsibilities**

Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and plant operations, including permanent employees, contractual manpower, and technical staff.
Oversee attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit management processes.
Maintain statutory registers, licences, and records and ensure timely submission of returns.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and welfare activities.
Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance for contract labour.
Support plant administration activities related to HR.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of skilled manpower for critical plant positions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
