Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives.
Handle manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce management to meet business requirements.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures while maintaining a positive work culture.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, leave administration, and employee records.
Plan and execute performance appraisal, training, learning, and development programs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and organizational development activities.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and succession planning.
Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment status reports, and workforce analytics for management review.
Support audits and ensure proper documentation of HR records and statutory compliance.
Candidates with experience in HR management, industrial relations, recruitment, and manufacturing or industrial organizations will be preferred.
