An HR Officer manages the full employee lifecycle, acting as the bridge between management and staff. They oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, performance management, and conflict resolution, while ensuring all workplace practices comply with local labor laws and promote a positive, inclusive office culture.
Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department managers to create job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
Onboarding & Training: Facilitate orientation for new hires and organize training and development sessions.
Performance Management: Coordinate periodic performance appraisals and assist managers in setting employee KPIs.
Employee Relations: Address workplace grievances, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits (such as health insurance) and assist with processing payroll.
Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong conflict resolution, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
