Raipur Refratherm Pvt Ltd (RRPL) is a leading manufacturer of Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) catering to steel, ferro alloy, foundry and industrial sectors across India.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop key industrial accounts and expand our presence in domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new industrial business opportunities.
Build and manage long-term customer relationships.
Handle B2B sales of industrial raw materials and carbon products.
Identify opportunities in steel, ferro alloy, foundry and manufacturing sectors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations and site visits.
Develop domestic and export market opportunities.

Required Experience

5–10 years of Industrial B2B Sales experience.
Experience in Carbon Products, Coke & Coal, Refractories, Minerals, Ferro Alloys or Steel Raw Materials.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
Knowledge of domestic and export markets preferred.
