Jr. Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a CA firm or accounting department will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
