About the Role:

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain banking records.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Verify bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing reports required by management and auditors.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
