Are you detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about logistics?

At Logitrans Solutions B.V. , we’re looking for a Logistics Coördinator / Freight Forwarder Import & Export to join our international team remotely. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating global shipments, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and excellent customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

As a central point of contact for our customers and logistics partners, you’ll help manage international transport flows from start to finish.

Your daily tasks include:

Managing communication via email and WhatsApp with clients and partners worldwide.
Handling customer inquiries about shipment status, delivery schedules, and transport options.
Processing export and transport requests and obtaining rates from logistics partners.
Preparing and sending quotations with transport options and pricing.
Booking shipments in online portals.
Tracking and tracing shipments and keeping customers updated.
Maintaining import shipment details in Excel or SaaS systems.
Monitoring shipments and addressing irregularities or delays.

What You Bring

Excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus).
Solid administrative and communication skills.
Good knowledge of basic computer tools (email, Excel, online portals,
