Job Title: Product Manager – Bank Partnerships & Payout Solutions

Location: Raipur (with travel as required)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead bank partnerships and manage payout operations. This role requires a strong sense of ownership and execution, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across banking partners, sales, finance, and internal teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank Partnerships & Alliances

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with banks and NBFCs Negotiate commercial terms including payouts, commissions, and exclusive arrangements Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth 2. Sales Enablement

Collaborate with sales teams to effectively deploy banking partnerships on the ground Ensure clear communication of offers, eligibility criteria, and processes Support closure of high-value business opportunities 3. Payout Management

Oversee the end-to-end payout lifecycle ensuring accuracy and timeliness Monitor and resolve discrepancies, ensuring zero revenue leakage Maintain robust tracking mechanisms for payout reconciliation 4. Finance Coordination

Work closely with Accounts and Finance teams on invoicing and collections Track receivables and ensure timely payments from partners Maintain accurate MIS reports and financial records 5. Process Improvement & Automation
