**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with at least 3 years of experience to manage, analyze, and maintain business data and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability to generate accurate MIS reports that support business decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

· Collect, verify, analyze, and maintain large volumes of business data.

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

· Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.

· Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data.

· Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.

· Maintain proper documentation of reports and databases.

**Required Skills**

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, and Data Validation).

· Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and **Google Apps Script (Google Scripting)** for workflow automation, report generation, and process optimization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good understanding of MIS reporting and data management.

· Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools will be an added advantage.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

**Qualifications**

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· Minimum 3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting role.

· Proactive approach to identifying process improvements.

· Ability to handle confidential business information with integrity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
