**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a smart and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, generate reports, and support management with accurate business information. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel, reporting, and data management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and update sales, production, attendance, and stock data
• Analyze data and prepare summaries for management review
• Create Excel dashboards, charts, and reports
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports
• Maintain records and database management
• Support management in planning and decision-making processes

**Required Skills:**

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Charts)
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of ERP/software systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

**Qualification:**

Graduate in Commerce, Computer, Management, or related field

**Preferred Candidate:**

• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
