About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Head to lead our end-to-end sales function across India. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performance sales organisation in the medical disposables and healthcare consumables segment — including disposable syringes, IV infusion sets, surgical gloves, catheters, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives and annual revenue targets.

Drive consistent revenue growth across all product lines including disposable syringes, IV infusion sets, examination/surgical gloves, and other consumables.

Identify new market opportunities, geographies, and customer segments to expand the company's footprint.

Set quarterly and annual sales targets by region, product, and channel; monitor and ensure achievement.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a pan-India sales team comprising Zonal Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and field representatives.

Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent; build a performance-driven culture.

Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and coach team members to achieve targets.

Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and supply chain teams.
