Job Summary

The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to management and staff. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine administrative and clerical tasks.
• Manage filing systems, records, and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents as required.
• Coordinate with departments for documentation, scheduling, and support needs.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
• Support HR, Purchase, and Accounts teams with basic administrative work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Provide assistance to senior management in office coordination and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in office administration or as an Office Assistant.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
