Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Timing: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, data management, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills and the ability to handle multiple office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration and coordination activities.
• Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
• Handle data entry and prepare reports using MS Office.
• Manage email correspondence and office communications.
• Conduct internet research and online documentation work as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
• Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and document management.
• Support management with routine administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of email handling and internet browsing.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of relevant office administration experience.
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong administrative and computer skills required.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Urla, Raipur due to office timings and commuting convenience.
