Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking an efficient and proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the key liaison between our company and our customers (diagnostics service providers) cordinating the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring fulfillment of our customer's purchase requisition.

Key Responsibilities

Order Execution: Process purchase orders (POs) and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle for laboratory reagents and consumables.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of temperature-sensitive or specialized laboratory supplies.

Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for laboratory customers, providing them with essential product details, documentation, and order updates.

Information Management: Gather necessary technical specifications and documentation from internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Required skills and Qualifications:

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Relevant experience in operations, logistics, or customer service (experience in life sciences, biotech, Diagnostics or healthcare industries) is a major plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of English and Hindi (Read, Speak and write ) is a must.
